life

life has been amazing. except for my guinea pig dying(im still so sad, turns out it was not worms, but ecoli!), my friend martys sister in law and nieices moving to spokane, and some friends leaving for college, life has been amazing. i am in marching band;) it is so fun. playing the flute! lifeteen YAY starts next month, so excited;) well and school started....college classes....no fun. i have also decided i am definetly called to the vocation of married life ;) <3 based on things that have happened these past few months;)

sorry no post yesterday! i was suuuper busy. lifeteen went great!

lifeteen last night was wonderful! it was very fun. our prayers we wrote were amazzzzzing!

lifeteen went very well. the talk was very good, and all the boys and girls took purity pledges too!!!!!!! it was a very awesome life night!!!!!!!! i will post more later!

Tonight we learned about the Holy Trinity. We learned two fun Greek words, ousia, meaning nature, and hypostasis, meaning person. The Trinity is one ousia, three hypostasis. Chad was the speaker for the night, and he did a fabulous job. We played a fun 6-legged race (with three people, for the Trinity!). I was one of the volunteers for the race. It was really fun, and we had to hobble, jump, hop, etc. around the tables and at three separate points sing a song (I love you, you love me; I'm a little teapot; and Itsy bitsy spider). After a further in-depth lesson about the Trinity, we played a game of This or That to get into our small groups. In our small groups, we discussed our favorite Person in the Trinity, as well as the Person we have the hardest time understanding. When we were all back in the gym, we sang some Trinity-inspired songs and said a prayer to the People of the Trinity. Afterwards, we had a delicious dinner and some of us stayed around talking for a while before we went home. It was a wonderful life night!

Baptism!

Today my cousin will be baptized1 I am so excited to go and watch her become a member of God's family!!!!!! I do kinda wish I was the godmother, but thats OK. Haha. Well I have lifeteen tonight! yay!!!!!!

last nites lifeteen was awesome! we learned about how aith is like a river, leading to the Ocean of God. we had a water boat race. the USS MAHJ flipped over;-)

Lifeteen!

Tonight we are learning about "faith as our response to Christ". I am excited! I missed not going last week! Lifeteen ROCKS!

I'm not gonna be able to do it!

ALL I was doing was looking at the Lifeteen schedule. Thats all. And I saw the one at the end called "Going Forth".....and of course the description is say goodbye to the seniors, etc.....and I just GLANCED at it! And got tears in my eyes! Most of them arent even going more than a few hours away to school! I am gonna need Gods help with this alot.....And besides I will get to see them ALL SUMMER with YES and Steubie and etc etc....so I dont know what my problem is! God help me please, I dont know why it is bothering me so much!

She will be 11. I got her a dress for her Baby Alive! I am not going to lifeteen because my mom wants me to stay home, but I iwsh we could at least go to the Mass....she really wants to go, my sister does, so I dont see why we cant. Oh well. Peoples going to lifeteen....I want to know all about it!!!!!!xoxo

my Mom and I have been figuring out clothing for layers and outer layers such as coats hats etc as well....it is fun! we are getting so excited to go defend LIFE with my LIFEteen youth group!!!!! woohoo!!!!

Its not all too busy, really. I wont be able to make all 4-H meetings, but I wont die from that. I wont run for an office this year to save time for other things, and am planning on taking one project. I may run for Fair Queen, though.

Last night we had a wonderful welcome back, we learned about Lectio Divina, and played a fun game of movie line trivia! Seniors and Sophomores team won(yay us!!!)It was a fun life night. Since I am unable to come this week due to my sisters bday, I expect those of you blog readers who are going(bella and kelli) to email me and make me feel like I was there;-)LOL
