what are your opinions on this show? personally, I LOVEEE it.....there are some things that are innapropriate, however, so far there has been good decision making. on last nights show rachel, one of the leads, fired the director she wanted because he was mean to her friends and wanted them to change themselves....a good message. of coruse, there is a gay lead, and a celibacy club that pretty much makes a joke of celibacy and chastity, though some of the views are subtle but may leave a mark (the celibcy club president, and cheerleader saying that the c word.....contraception....is wrong)....opinions people?

i think some views are ok, but some just the two of us dates are good too, so we could get to know each other one on one without interuption. of course, getting to know his family and vice versa is usually a very good idea;)

What are your views on your first kiss?
definetly not going to wait til my wedding day, i think the proper time would be right after the first sincere "i love you" exchanged between the man and woman would be the perfect time for the first kiss

Do you have or want a purity ring/locket?
i have a purity ring, and also want a claudha ring, even tho im not irish;)

Do you have or want a hope chest?
i do! it is pretty full. and im only 15;)

Will you wear a veil at your wedding?
um, yeah!!!!!!! and i want my grandma to make it.

What kind of wedding dress do you want?
WHITE, and lacy with beading and sequins and a lonnngggg train;)

What flowers do you want in your bouquet?
lilies of the valley, roses, babys breath, and some sort of purple flower as well;) and a flower dyed to match the wedding colors(i have different colors for different seasons.....fall-plum and pumpkin, spring-shades of pink, or light blue, summer-turqoise, or maybe some other fun color, winter-ice blue

What do you want to name one of your daughters?
fave girl names....anastasya, liliana, juliana, cecelia, maria, leah, rebecca, eve

What do you want to name one of your sons?
jacob, isacc, elijah, benjamin, antonio, thomas, some other italian names probably;)

Do you believe in the 'knight-in-shining-armor' view of courtship?
no, not really, but i know the perfect man for me is somewhere out there;)

trumpet in canon d like at my moms wedding.....um, some other cool songs about love;)
reception-lots of country, some bruce springsteen for my mom, whatever else me and husbandtobe choose;)

life has been amazing. except for my guinea pig dying(im still so sad, turns out it was not worms, but ecoli!), my friend martys sister in law and nieices moving to spokane, and some friends leaving for college, life has been amazing. i am in marching band;) it is so fun. playing the flute! lifeteen YAY starts next month, so excited;) well and school started....college classes....no fun. i have also decided i am definetly called to the vocation of married life ;) <3 based on things that have happened these past few months;)

RIP little miss puff n bones

my brothers gorgeous black and white guinea pig (she was also mine, i was her "aunt lu lu"), little miss puff n bones, better known as puff or puffy, died this morning. she was only 2 years old just this past 4th of July. we believe she had worms that came through in a badly inspected bag of feed or timothy hay. she has been acting funny for the past week or so, not skitting or squaking as much, and we were planning on taking her to the vet this week if she wasnt acting any better. but, today around 10:30am, she went to be with Jesus. i found her around a little after ten, she was breathing but she was very limp and unresponsive, she died soon after that. my friend marty came over as soon as he found out, thank God for him, he was there only 20 minutes after she passed away. i simply cant stop crying on and off, as i have been all day. please pray for my family, and for me that i am able to deal with my grief over the loss of our pet. RIP, Little Miss Puff-n-Bones, 8/16/09

1. you know your at a steubie youth conference when they say the words "we will have Mass in a bit" and everyone cheers!
2.just so everyone knows, bob rice is awesome. buy his CDs!
3.i made some friends at steubie that i now friended on FB!
4.the Franciscan sisters are sooo nice;) my friend and i hung out with them alot!
5.the onlyplace they sang you are holy was at the mens session. being a woman i didnt get to hear it. that made me mad.
6.tammy evevard is a great speaker! do you know who she is?

1-YES is a community service prject done by teens and young adults and adult leaders in my area.
2-i am a pround member of the bundy crew!, the people who rode in our college leaders car, the bundy;)
3-the roof of SMCC is the best place ever!
4-friday night/saturday morning/whateva ya wanna call it, was the funnest night of my life! we hung out on the roof, and in the classrooms til 5 am, lights out was at 2! hahaha
5-the house we worked on was white with black trim, and i had tons of paint fights, so fun!
6-we got to meet the lady we did the house for, she is chair-ridden, and it was really sad, but she kept saying how blessed she was to have us choose her house to fix
7-i'm tired, thats what i get for late nights of fun!

1-i got my wisdom teeth out this week. NOT FUN. my face is still red and puffy. and im not smart anymore! no more wisdom!
2-of course being that my face is red and puffy, i have another mario and marys performance tonight....work thru the pain, work thru the pain.
3-and, its also BIKE WEEK! and all the festivities are going on downtown by the theater! so its gonna be a madhouse!
4-i need to make a stop at goodwill to get some old shorts i can wear for YES.
5-YES is the Youth Elect Service project, going on here from wednesday til saturday, we repair and re landscape homes of needy families and elderly folks.
6-being as i wont be here next week on friday for 7 quick takes, i am going to do a 7 quick takes Sunday all about YES!
7-HSY3, steubenville retreat is 2 weeks from today! i am soooo excited!

1-No more da vinci dresses for the play;( but the dresses we got are very cute! they are teal, knee length, v-neck dresses that look nice on ALL the bridesmaids!
2-tonight is opening night for mario and marys wedding!
3-i really need to start on my 4h project, i am doing a project called Play the Role(it is about acting)
4-the local theater which is an affiliate with SMCC for their school plays may try and open the SMCC school plays to Catholic homeschooled high schoolers in the area
5-also, the announcement of the SMCC school play happens today in just 40 minutes, and i cannot WAIT to find out what it is!
6-the real-life romance going on in the play is being worked on by the bridesmaids. meaning, me and a groomsmen being what they consider a real life romance, even tho were best friends. such a COMPLICATED situation

1-OK, so i am in Mario and Marys Wedding, a dinner theater at the local theater. very fun. AND i get to wear a really pretty dress. i am a bridesmaid;) i tried on three dresses yesterday, and they all fit. so i find out tonight which one i get to wear;)

2-speaking of dresses, my dress size, i now know, is a size ten. which was a little dissapointing, til i found out they all ran small, and my real size is probably about a 6;)

3-also on the topic of dresses(i am sooo excited about these dresses!)they are da vinci-DESIGNER! ok, enough about dresses;)

4-my best friend in in florida, which is sad;( but i got to talk to her wednesday;) bet she'll have a reallll nice tan when she gets back......

5-my guy best friend and i had fun running around town after practice.....to the hospital atm.....to get gas in his car.....and run to his house quickly to get some stuff! then back to my house to watch the game and hung out til oneAM!

6-speaking of him, his brother got back to the states from iraq for a 2 week leave yesterday! so happy for all their family;))) he went to the Cavs game with his wife.

7-speaking of the Cavs, woot we won by ten points! go Cavs!

lifeteen was great....we went through holy week! we had our Palm Sunday Mass, then for Life Night went thru Holy Tjhursday(Adoration), Good Friday(veneration), and Easter(a movie clip of a Ressurection scene)! it was really different, and cool! and then we had Living Stations practice....seriously, we need to get it together. But some funny things happened, inducing laughter. Actually lots of funny things. We are meeting @ 5 on Friday....so hopefully we get it together before 7!!!!!!!

I am posting it here too! for those of you who dont read the Princess Lessons blog;-)

Many people have the misconception the princesses only wear PINK, only date rich PRINCES, and always DRESS UP. I can prove this wrong. I don't like pink very much.....I don't care if a guy has money or not.....and I hate skirts and dresses! To be a princess, you just need to be a daughter of the King! the King accepts us all no matter if we wear pink dresses or dirt stained jeans and an old t-shirt. He loves us no matter if we marry rich or poor, though He does like us to marry for love....never for money (although, He doesnt care if the guy you marry is rich, He just hasnt designed that to be the REASON for marriage!) He doesnt care if you dress up....He loves the girls who come to church in dresses as much as the ones that show up in *holy* jeans.

til Good Friday. I hope everyone is going to their Good Friday services(NOT a Mass since there is Communion, but it is pre-consecrated). Also, I encourage you to attend a Stations of the Cross at least on Good Friday. For personal reasons, I was unable to go to any other Friday Stations this Lent, which makes me uber-sad;-( Maybe I can go tonight.....I will ask my mama!!!!!!! My lifeteen group is doing a Live Stations, which I am gonna be in, Good Friday evening. YAY!
